I had a neighbor who had a Dobie, and one night a burgler broke in by jimmying open a basement window. They found him pinned to the wall the next morning, his underwear soiled, with the dog just standing there growling at him. He later told the cops that the dog had stalked him in the darkness, cornering him in just the right spot. Pure intimidation, so the dog never needed to bite. |
