Their insurance Company is offering a replacement value, seeing him as just a piece of property. Although he was one of the family and priceless to us. He will be sorely missed. What I would like to request from your breeders is an estimate of a replacement cost of a fully trained 5 yr old male Collie. I would expect the amount would be more then just a perchase price of a new puppy. Thank you for your time. Rick |
