There used to be a statue of Our Lady of Akita in the Our Lady of Peace Shrine in Santa Clara, California, when Fr. Sweeney was there. It has been taken out since he retired and passed away, and a new order of priests are there. I am not sure where the statue is now. The new order is very orthodox and faithful to the Magesterium, nonetheless, as Fr. Sweeney was. |
