I’m in a tough spot. I’m looking to adopt a puppy for my family next May or June and have fallen in love with the Basset Fauve. However, I can’t seem to find a place to get my puppy.
I live in the United States and at the moment in Idaho. However, my husband is military and we have orders to be moving in early April. Where we’re going, we don’t know yet… should still be in the States though.
I was told by someone that has a couple of Basset Fauve’s in California that she imported hers from Denmark. So, I’m also considering importing so I can bring a wonderful Basset Fauve puppy to our family.
I was wondering if you could help me figure this out? At the very least, I’d like to know what you sell your puppies for in general, just so I can get an idea of the cost of these pups!
