The Los Angeles City Fire Department reportedly found the 47-year-old hanging in his bedroom on Mulholland Drive after a roommate called 911. He was pronounced dead at 8:16 p.m. on Aug. 15, according to the gossip site. The tragic news comes one month to the day after Taylor Armstrong filed divorce papers to end their six-year marriage. She later revealed she suffered years of verbal and physical abuse from her husband.
