Make sure that the solicitors know that she has offerred a compromise by agreeing that you can keep one dog. I think that is very relevant.Edit.. Just had another thought on this. If the first owner has now reported these dogs as stolen but has already signed them over as per the Petlog record then she could be prosecuted for wasting police time!
