What a great show- both nights, then and now, were excellent. We're all older, but you guys still put on a great show (fantastic guitar solos, great horns,and percussion,and the vocals were as full and powerful as ever; especially with the girls on board. And that keyboard and organ!?!) I thought this was gonna be a geriatric extravaganza, what with all us older folks walking into the show, but you guys awoke the youthful rockers in all of us there! This old man, after I've had a rough go after decades of diabetes as a kid, going thru open heart surgery, a kidney transplant, and a pancreas transplant, found myself after 9 years of recovery getting off my chair and jumping, dancing, clapping, yelling, singing (I always wanted to sing with a big rock band), and feeling light on my feet! At one point my wife looked at me and smiled at me like she did so long ago she looked so dang young! That's the power- it's magic, right?!? Thanks for all you do- I know/hope you all get paid well, and don't have to suffer the pains and heartache that comes to most wealthy folks, but what's important is what I saw you all pull off tonight- a bunch of 50 and 60 somethings getting out of control like the kids we once were- amazing! Please, know that people love that, and love you all and your music, and that's why we keep coming back- 'cause you keep taking us back. God bless the working man, and his music.
