No wonder it's hard to think about them or be honest! After reading your comments, I think we need two-part goals. 1. What we WANT and 2. What we can DO. Because you're right, it's important to know that you want an agent. But what you can actually do about it is what focuses your energy, let's you be productive and achieve some tangible results.
