Generally pups bought in singapore r massively involvin inbreedin by dog farms owners eyein for quick bucks,resultin poor health for the poor pups!sadly no one to regulate these malpractice! most of my dogs includin current ones suffered from skin allergies, i recalled i had 2 rough collie (siblings) n that i had no choice but to put both to sleep (M 10 months F 14 months)advised by the vet as we can't stop their flesh from rotting despite numerous visits to the vet. it was a painful experience then which i stop keeping dogs until recently (15 years break)i started again some 10 months ago, got a gr pup from a pet shop, massive rashes started to show up in his 8 months, i narrowed down all possible signs of his out break, till now he is on fish n raw vegetable diet yet i still can't do anything to stop the out break of his rashes n sores! seen a vet, usual comments...inbreeding! overall winner- breeders n vets, loser people like me |
