Sounds like a giimck to me he would have to forge the papers to get them registered AKC or UKC and this is illegal. He could ultimitley get his papers stripped from all the dogs he has ever breed if someone tells AKC of UKC. Just as papered dogs on the side of the road can have their papers pulled, as this is a violation of AKC rules. |
