| Re: | Mastiff Breeder Wanted | | Ad: | they are huge dogs and are very strong. they drool a lot as well. they are exnivsepe animals to own (food, vet bills, etc.) you have to know how to handle them and have experience with them before owning one. they need lots of wide open space to run around in so if you live in an apartment then this is not the breed for you. they are very high maintenance dogs and tend to have issues with their eyes, skin, and hips. it is best that if you are going to own one then it be the only pet you have. they are a working breed and need lots of exercise every day. if you don't have a job for them or something constructive for them to do then they will become destructive out of boredom and stress. do a lot of research on the breed before you get one. there is a lot of good info on the breed on google so that is the best place to start your homework on them.References : animal owner/handler/trainer/behaviorist, dog rescue & adoption |
