I was also looking into how to possibly get a dog shipped from Australia or NZ if possible, as I know puppies from the mainland are prohibited to Hawaii. I brought my Male english mastiff here when I moved for medical school, but he is very ill now and unfortunately he may not be around much longer. Please let me know if you can help or have any information, as I love these animals dearly, and would like to provide a loving home to a puppy as soon as possible.
