My parents mentioned Mog the cat from a childrens' book. Mog the cat appears to be the largest feline in the world:, the closest thing out there to an official Newfoundland cookbook, lists several recipes involving molasses and lassie (sic), but no mogs. Mog must be from another part of Atlantic Canada, or something Loblaws made up. |
