Expensive but worth every penny. I had an induction at 14 days past DD and didn't need any form of pain relief other than the hypnosis techniques taught me. If you do the official hypnobirthing course you will have affirmation and relaxation tapes/cds to use in your own time. Check out hypnobirthing.com for practitioners in your area. Highly recommend this method for labour and birth, the most empowering and rewarding experience of my life so far.You can buy the literature and CDs separately from the site too.
