You don't like the service, they offer to send out a serviceman, you say no. When you make the swich to something else, you still won't have the 2 hours to wait, right? That's going to make it different for the new service to be installed. What does U-Verse have to do with TWC anyway? "every few months with one network or the other" is because various contracts come up at different times, and apparently TWC is going to play hardball instead of another price hike. I do of course, support your (our) right to cancel TWC.
