Instead, Judge Elden Fox told Lohan to get 'serious' about her sobriety and her career and sent her back to the Betty Ford Center - for her fifth stint in rehab - until Jan. 3. 'You're staying there past the New Year, there's a reason for that,' the judge said, as scattered laughter erupted in the courtroom.
