But if the conversation has been had with teachers, and teachers have a duty to report, which in places like Holland and France they do, then we will get a conviction and we also do the ultimate thing which is prevent FGM, and achieve that eradicating FGM in a generation â?? for that girl you eradicate it within her generation, within her lifetime. So it's about ourselves asking the question, why are we putting FGM in this cultural cul-de-sac and not putting into the mainstream agenda?
