I plan on moving to the Philippines two or three months. I plan on bringing my service dog (Rat Terrier) He is going on three. I know I have to go through Manila with the on line paperwork. Just waiting on my passport to come to get the numbers Manila wants for the dog. Can anyone give me any more advice from the flight to Manila with my dog. What is the best airline to use, and anything else I should know.
I am an 100 percent disabled vet. I am thinking of living around Cebo for starts. Thank you for any help.
