To start with, before we found our ‘perfect match’ of a distributor, we focused just on the more sophisticated territories of California and the East Coast, plus Colorado. (Lots of organic chocolate-lovers in Colorado, we found.) Gradually, over the years (and with no little thanks to Wholefoods), we ‘joined up the dots’ until we covered the whole country.
