No 12 year-old goes to bed at 7pm anymore and if they do peel themselves off the sofa at that time, they are highly likely to stumble over to another screen (laptop, PC, iPod, iPad et al) which can be much harder to extricate them from later in the evening. So I’m prepared to concede that the channel which brings us the incomparable Horrible Histories should transmit a little later. But not CBeebies. Please – not CBeebies!
