Your GP , hospital number , recent appointments , who you saw etc etc etc. And are you serious in stating that if someone turned up with an injury no one would ask how it happened ? Ye gods ! Are they recording the ages of patients ? Good grief ....do you really think they wouldn't ? Do you really imagine no one takes a history from all arrivals ?
