Then, the week ending July 27, 2007, the Weekly CPFL Ratio dipped into negative territory (below 1.00) where it stayed until late March 2008 where it improved marginally until late May 2008, and a point coincident with the end of the first countertrend rally in the 2008-2009 bear market.
