Many of these injuries can be attributed to bad luck or strange circumstance. But Frerotte's was 100 percent his fault. In a 1997 game against the Giants, Frerotte scored on a first-half scramble and continued through the end zone to the stands. He executed a headbutt on a padded wall and ended up with a trip to the hospital and a sprained neck. Former Giant Jeff Hostetler had to finish the game.
