Country of Origin:

Character:
This breed is brave and tenacious, and occasionally stubborn. It is sporty and seemingly untiring. It is loyal to its handler and good with children.

If socialized early, this breed gets along well with other pets. It gets along well with children.
Coat:
Is hard and thick with a dense undercoat. Allowable colors are red, wheat, or grey with grey markings.
Care
The coat may need to be plucked occasionally but must never be trimmed. It must be groomed thoroughly at least once a week.
