Character:
Shiba Inu are curious, cheerful, and watchful. They bond closely with their owners. They are easily housebroken and bark infrequently.
Temperment:
They are normally reserved around children and strangers but they normally get along well with all living things.
Coat:
Short, straight-haired, with a soft undercoat. The most common colors are red, red and white, white, black, black and tan, and salt-and-pepper.
Care
Periodically remove dead hairs with a metal-toothed comb.

Deep red, red and black hairs w/red predominant, black/tan, black and red hairs w/black predominant, white, lighter red, brindle w/white markings
